A portable governed-analytics platform we built to prove ICFR-grade metric governance against realistic Fortune 50-scale finance data — demonstrated live, not pitched.

A working substrate where ICFR checkboxes are mechanical, not procedural. One canonical metric registry, a parity harness that proves byte-identical reconciliation across every governed surface, and a steward workbench where the approver cannot be the proposer. Built on Qlik Cloud — the same KPI in the data warehouse, the compliance portal, and the executive dashboard all dereference the same composition ID. Drift is detected before any chart renders.
